Your stay includes complimentary seasonal beach service with two beach chairs and an umbrella already set up for you on the sand—saving approximately $50 per day or up to $350 per week. LOCATION Splash Resort is located on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach while still being just minutes from Pier Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Frank Brown Park, restaurants, shopping, and family attractions. Whether you’re celebrating your child’s first beach trip, escaping for a summer vacation, or starting a new family tradition, we’d love to host your stay at Splash Resort.
Other Details to Note
• Splash Resort charges a one-time $40 parking/resort registration fee per vehicle, paid directly to the resort upon arrival. 🫧 A starter kit of paper products, bathroom amenities, laundry detergent, and dish soap & pods are provided. Depending on the length of your stay and number of guests, you may need to replenish these items if you require more than what is provided. 🐶 While we love animals, Splash Resort has a no pet policy. 🚭 Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. Splash Resort has a no smoking policy. 📋 Guests will be required to sign a short term rental agreement no later than 48 hours prior to your stay. The person on the reservation must be the same person who signs the rental agreement and must be staying at the property the duration of the stay. ⏰ Check out time is strictly at 10:00 AM. We do not offer late checkout. Failure to vacate the property by 10:00 AM on your scheduled departure day will result in a $50.00 fee for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. ⚡️ Be sure to check the weather before your arrival. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control. Refunds are only issued for mandatory evacuations.
